General terms and conditions We-Time Wellness

1. Reservation, payment, cancellation

Reservations can be made by phone, mail or online via the reservation tool. A reservation is only valid after a confirmation email. We-Time has the right to refuse a reservation at any time.

Reservations must be made by a person aged 18 or over. Minors are not allowed to stay in the spa without being accompanied by an adult.

Payment can be done in advance on account number BE11 7340 5094 8348 mentioning your name and date of reservation or on the spot (cash or via the bancontact app), before entering the wellness area.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 72 hours before your reservation date.

In case of cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the total amount is due.

From 24 hours before the appointment made, 75% of the total amount is due.

If you do not show up at the appointment, the full amount is due.

All cancellations must be made by e-mail. Even if you cancel by phone, it still has to be confirmed by mail.

2.Use of the wellness area

We ask everyone who rents our wellness space to do so with the necessary respect and to observe the following agreements. In principle, our wellness is not for children. The room is not a play area at all. Only if the children are already big enough to enjoy the wellness together with the family, they can come along with their parents.

• It is mandatory to shower before using our wellness area.
• Wearing slippers is mandatory, both inside and outside.
• The use of a towel in the sauna and a towel or bathrobe in the relax corner, the loungers and the bar table is also mandatory.
• We strongly recommend using the Jacuzzi without a swimming costume, bikini, swimming trunks or other clothing because of the soap residues and bacteria in the textiles.
• The wellness area and the covered jacuzzi are completely non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
• It is forbidden to jump or dive into the pool.
• It is forbidden to add products to or use products in the Jacuzzi, swimming pool, steam bath or sauna (soaps, massage oils, scented products, ...).
• Own food and drink are not allowed.
• Settings on the equipment will not be changed by the customer under any circumstances.
• Drinks from the bar will be charged when leaving the wellness.

At the end of the rented period, you have to go to the reception. When leaving the private area late, we charge €25 per quarter hour.

The representative of We-Time has the right to refuse people for safety reasons, health reasons, drunkenness or any other reason. Those who do not wish to respect the house rules will also be refused access.

3. Damage and liability

We-Time cannot be held responsible for accidents, physical or material damage, loss of property or wrongful use in and around the complex. We-Time can never be held responsible. We-Time is also not obliged to pay compensation for damages.

Additional costs (cleaning/repair) may be charged when the wellness area is not used or left properly.

Whenever damage has been caused to the facilities or by wrongful use, We-Time will claim compensation from the user(s) who caused the damage, simply by presenting the corresponding invoice. When the wellness area has to be closed for this reason, the user will have to pay a compensation equal to the potential lost revenue for the period of closure.

 

Everyone making a reservation at We-Time automatically agrees to these house rules and general conditions.
